FAQ

Q. How long have you been doing this work?

A. I have worked in the swimming pool industry for over forty-seven years, exclusively in new construction and restoration. Land Pool is currently enjoying our 22nd year of operation.

Q. Once the contract is signed, how long do we have to wait for you to start our job?

A. It depends on the size and scope of the project. In our busiest times of the year, we are sometimes scheduled out 4-6 weeks for larger projects; but most of the time we can get started in a couple of weeks.

Q. What is your workload like?

A. We rarely have more than two projects going at the same time. We refuse to sacrifice quality for volume, so we keep our workload at a manageable level.

Q. Is your business insured?

A. Yes, we carry more than adequate general liability and workers compensation insurance and have been with the same insurance provider for twenty-two years. A certificate of insurance is provided with every proposal that we issue.

Q. Where do I go to look at tile and coping samples?

A. We bring the showroom to you! We will deliver samples of all materials to you door. Once samples are in hand, we will help you with your selections and show you which products work well together.

Q. Will you provide references? Can we look at a pool that you have renovated?

A. Yes, we provide a lengthy reference list with every proposal we issue and we strongly encourage you to contact a few of our past clients. We also are happy to show you pools in your area that we have worked on.

Q. How do I know that you are the best company to renovate my pool?

A. You really just have to do your homework; be sure to call our references, talk to other pool owners that you may know, contact the BBB or see our reviews at angieslist.com. Probably the best source of reference would be to call various pool service companies. They open, close and service hundreds of pools and see the quality of our work compared to that of others. Most of them will suggest that you call Land Pool because they know that our work will stand the test of time.

We provide a highly personal level of customer service; you won’t have to wade through multiple levels of management to get the answer to a question. As owner of the company, I will be your point of contact. We will get to know one another and will work together to achieve exactly what you envision for your swimming pool.
