Our Background

My name is Tim Land, owner of Land Pool Restoration Inc. We are a family owned and operated pool repair and restoration company. I have worked in the swimming pool industry in this area for over forty-five years. I built new pools for many years with other local pool companies and have, for the last thirty years, focused my work exclusively on swimming pool restoration.

Our job is to provide a high level of quality workmanship and customer service. We work closely with our clients to find a solution that fits their needs, on budget and on time.

Making it easy for You

A few of the things that we do in an effort to make an inherently disruptive process more tolerable for my clients include cleaning up our job site daily; offering exemplary daily communication throughout your project; my trucks are all well maintained and leak no oil on your driveway; we remove and replace pool deck furniture and accessories to avoid damage; I do not place obtrusive advertising signs on your property; I cooperate and coordinate with your service company, and many other things that, in the end, make a big difference for you. I deliver what is promised and you get what you pay for. As guests at your home, we are respectful of you, your family, pets and property, and are happy to accommodate any special needs. Consultation is free and estimates are always provided at no cost to you. A helpful reference list is always provided with each proposal.
